Purchasing a heated model will increase your efficiency when cleaning, just like washing dishes hot water makes the job easier. 

If you are on a tight budget you can leave it out and purchase an external heater later on, but it may be worth the initial investment to speed up your jobs, especially if you plan to perform auto detailing.
