Not Happy!

Purchased this machine, apparently from a company in St. Catherine's ON.
Machine does not get close to wall so will leave a few inches of carpet not getting cleaned. Reservoir does not sit sturdily on the unit, nothing locks it in place. Difficult to move machine around without the revisor fall off.
To return machine had to go be returned to Texas at my expense of $325.00, would not allow me to return Klean Base, which i could have driven it there.
So think twice!!!!
